Dear Vendors:

Hello! It is time to start planning our 18th annual Festival of Trees. I want to thank all of you who have participated as vendors in years past.

Festival of Trees - 2026 Vendor Agreement

This year, we are opening the spaces up to artisans/crafters first. If there are spaces still available on November 3, 2026 we will offer spaces to commercial vendors such as LuLaRoe, Scentsy, etc. Our price for this year’s space (8’ X 10’) is $175.00 per space(2 Spot Limit)

Dates for the event are as follows:

Set Up:
Wednesday November 25, 2026 - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Actual Event:
Friday November 27, 2026 - 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Doors open to public at 9 a.m.
Saturday November 28, 2026 - 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Doors open to public at 9 a.m.

Take Down:
Saturday November 28, 2026 - 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. only
Sunday November 29,  2026 - 10 a.m. - noon
